Our client is a global leader in their industry. They are investing in the Australian market targeting various segments and building a new partner based business model. This new key senior role is now available;
Reporting to the Managing Director ANZ, this new role will have two main areas of focus both requiring high level account management skills. You will work closely with key stakeholders in the national distribution partner to drive sales and lift capability. You will be the central point of contact, and be heavily involved in forecasting and performance management. This is a key role to the success of the business and you will have the autonomy to make your mark on it.
In addition, there are direct opportunities where you will collaborate with internal specialists to secure new supply agreements and provide ongoing account management. In time, you will develop a market plan for the segment and have full support of the local and international subsidiaries to execute it.
As this role is a senior member of the leadership group, you will also play a broader role across the business and be expected to add strategically to the growth plan in the region. You will be a team player and enjoy the independence and ownership of your own portfolio.
To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 10 years' experience managing national accounts in a B2B, Industrial environment. You will possess a strong understanding of strategic account analysis, planning and development. Knowledge of the printing industry is essential with consumable supply experience a distinct advantage. You will have excellent relationship management skills, strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in negotiating large long term supply agreements is critical.
As this is a national role it will require a degree of travel and you must be personally comfortable with this. A competitive salary package will be offered to attract the right person.
